TBT: 1st Big Snow – Nature’s Vengeance (Nov 2012)

We are revisiting this post to remind backcountry enthusiasts that dangerous conditions can lurk in the backcountry, even early season. TBT: 67 Cents per Inch – The Ridonkulously Deep Powder Day

Some days are better than others. Those days that you relish, where just thinking of the memory draws a smile on your face. You’d hardly know that this trail is open to motorized travel given how narrow it is. And though much of the trail is fast and flowy, there’s a fair bit of techy terrain to maneuver through the middle.

Mountain Biking Colorado Trail Segment 17 to Big Bend (9 Sept 2017)

This season, we’ve been exploring a little lesser known rides. While segments of the Colorado Trail have been gaining popularity, Segment 17 isn’t exactly one of them. Even less riders know about Big Bend. But Frank had done this exact ride back in 2012 and had good things to say. In short, if you like mountain biking steep technical trails, often loose at times, then Big Bend is a great choice.
