Axtel 2nd bowl 1.18.09

With all the great alpine days that Brittany and I were having, this day on Axtel kind of got glossed over, but it was a good day. Rob and I headed out there while Brittany spent the day at the area with 7 other chicks! 
We decided to go up the back way through Splain’s gulch by tandemning on one sled and leaving the other at the bottom. This saved us some time skinning, although in the end it was probably the same amount of time overall. This was the first time of the year that we had headed up that way, and it looks like the base is pretty good for later on this season.
Maybe Rob will send a few photos later on, but for now, here’s the photos I have of him:
