2014 Silverton Off-Piste Ski Atlas
The 2014 Silverton, CO Off-Piste Ski Atlas is a lightweight, concise guidebook that is chock full of information and aerial photos to get you rallying in the backcountry that surrounds the Silverton area. Crested Butte’s Andy Sovick created this guide. Also a Fort Lewis alumni, Sovick drew on both his past and more recent backcountry experiences in the Silverton area. This guidebook is full of routes and although the route descriptions are brief, each route is clearly marked on an aerial photograph. Read our review. The newer 2016 version is also available.
