One of the best things about this website is that it gives us a platform to help our friends out from time to time. One of our friends, Gail Sovick, recently embarked on a new business, and since it certainly appeals to our readers, we thought we’d spread the word.<\/p>\n

If you’re into backcountry skiing, mountain biking, and all the other outdoor sports that we’re into, chances are you love staring at maps just as much as we do. Old maps, new maps, topo maps, road maps- I love them all and can stare at them for hours. How can I connect these two trails? Will that face ski as well as it looks on a map? And then there are those maps that you find in hostels across the world- where people place a pin on their hometown and suddenly the world looks pretty darn small when it’s filled with pins.<\/p>\n
