This time our goal was Fletcher Mountain. However, a once promising forecast turned south on us as the day came closer. Surrounded by fog, we couldn&#8217;t tell up from down.  We were worried about climbing up the peak, let alone skiing down it.  It was probably time to make a change.<\/p>\n<p>I proposed heading over toward Atlantic Peak which harbored some couloirs which could provide some visibility for us, shown at the far left in the photo above. But, since all three of us had summited Atlantic Peak via the eastern side, we opted not to pursue the rather sporty climb to the top.
