TR: Welcome to the White Room

(Last Updated On: January 11, 2011)

A few days of high pressure were indeed needed. And we got them late last week. But a day of skiing around the resort suggested that it was time for a bit of a refresh. And the storm came just in time 🙂

It arrived Saturday night. Although the storm flow was not supposed to be favorable to us, it snowed all night, and we woke up to nearly 6 inches of fresh at the ski area. Frank and I decided to relish in the backcountry pow rather than the resort.

Before we even got to the skiing, our efforts were rewarded by faceshots on sleds!

Is he sledding or skiing?

The sled-slaying-session was followed by some skinning.

Which was followed by lap 1 of fantastic fun.

Delightfully deep. I like white! Until next time….

On cold days like this I love my Icebreaker!
